Historic Renovation, Structural Demolition, and Restoration (2018-2019)

$23 million renovation of an existing parking garage structure including a critical concrete structural ramp.

Demolition converting the existing garage building into ground floor tenant space, apartments at levels 2-4 with a 5th level

penthouse. The project posed significant challenges with environmental concerns, critical structural demolition, infill steel, and installation of two new 10,000 pound vehicular elevators.

Construction included the addition of a 5th level utilizing structural steel and installation of new corner addition. Heavy site constraints due to being surrounded by existing buildings.
